Why a Minibus Lite was the Perfect Solution

After initial research and consideration of various companies including Minibus Lite™ we felt that the excellent advice, guidance and customer service, together with value for money suggested they were our preferred supplier.

We were particularly keen to purchase a minibus that did not restrict the numbers of teachers that could drive the vehicle. By having a number of drivers with a different curriculum focus the pupils benefit from a wider variety of excursions.

From our initial enquiry we found Minibus Lite™ were very customer focussed, they had a clear appreciation of our specification and school requirements. They were able to deal effectively with any questions and offered relevant additional considerations to ensure our specification met the current & future needs of the school. The continuity of communication was excellent and responses very timely. The whole process was both orderly and all necessary timelines were met with no compromising of our expectations. Documentation supplied was informative and transactions efficient.

They understood the importance of this purchase for our school. We have used the aftersales service on a number of occasions since the purchase to check minor details or ask further questions and have once more been dealt with as a valued customer.
