Our support doesn’t end after the purchasing process! Once we’ve delivered your new GM school minibus our dedicated aftersales support team will be on hand to look after your warranty claims or technical support issues.
3 year warranty
Every new school minibus is covered not only by the manufacturer’s 3 year warranty but also by our own GM warranty. Should any part of the minibus require repair or replacement as a result of a manufacturing defect, the part will be repaired or replaced completely free of charge by GM Coachwork.
We offer nationwide lift servicing to all our customers that operate a school minibus with a tail lift. Our service engineers ensure that the tail lift is working safety, lubricate and make any adjustments that need to be made. We conduct a weight test which complies with LOLER regulations which is a legal requirement to ensure that there are no issues in the event of an insurance claim.
We know operating your new minibus can be daunting at first, which is why we at GM School Minibus have created a library of instructional videos for operating the wheelchair lifts, ramps and for removing the seats. If you still need help using your new minibus, contact our friendly team for assistance.
Yes we do! Our team of engineers is available to service your school minibus lift, and we work nationwide. Once a year we will carry out an inspection and service on your minibus.
