The new Ford e-Transit 16 seat minibus, exclusively available from GM, features a 68 kWh motor with 184ps giving the eTransit plenty of get up and go. With an impressive range of up to 166-196 miles (pre conversion) on a full charge, and a 34 minute quick charging time, the eTransit gives you peace of mind to handle school trips with ease. Not forgetting that you’ll never have to worry about low-emission zones again.
The inside has been designed with schools in mind. It starts with a level floor (no joins or trip hazards) with a wipe-clean, non-slip heavy duty coating for practicality and durability. The rear cabin has 13 seats with integral all-age safety belts, opening side windows, LED lighting and two emergency exits.
Also available with wheelchair access
The eTransit is also available as a wheelchair accessible minibus. In this conversion the eTransit features 4 x removable seats, an electric passenger lift and room for 2 wheelchairs. The seating capacity would be 13 seats in total .
