Win a new school minibus for your school!

1. This prize draw is open to educational institutions in the UK including, primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities. Employees of GM Coachwork Limited and Peugeot Motor UK Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw are exempt from entering.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that, the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. Entry is restricted to one per educational establishment. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.

4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a self addressed envelope to Minibus Lite™ Prize Draw Winner, GM Coachwork, Teign Valley, Trusham, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ13 0NX, before 31 December 2024.

5. All entries must be received by midnight on June 28th 2024.

6. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. One winning entrant will win the use of a Minibus Lite™ Specification 3, 2.2Hdi, diesel, manual transmission minibus in silver, for a period of 365 days from the date the winner accepts delivery of the vehicle. The prize includes delivery, first registration fee, number plates and 12 month’s road fund licence and sign writing (subject to artwork and excluding vehicle wraps).

8. The prize does not include fuel, servicing, extra specifications beyond those that are standard for this model, or minibus insurance. The winner will be required to produce a valid insurance certificate before delivery. Should the winner be unable to obtain insurance, the prize will be forfeit and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

9. The vehicle must be serviced in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions at a Peugeot dealer. The vehicle must not exceed 12,000 miles. Mileage over and above 12,000 miles will be charged at 0.6p per mile. Any body damage to the vehicle must be repaired by the winner. Any mechanical repairs will be the responsibility of the winner.

10. The vehicle is not to be taken overseas. It is for use only in England, Scotland and Wales. It is not to be used for commercial purposes or as use as a taxi.

11. The winner will be required to be photographed for promotional purposes.

12. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself, or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
